A Greater Rockaway is a community-driven planning process that will bring together local insight to enhance 11 miles of one of New York City's greatest waterfront resources.

Through partnerships with public agencies, elected officials and planning advisors, our mission is to identify priorities for investing in open space, environmental conservation and economic growth for the benefit of the greater Rockaway community.
